Prologue

August 15 , 1492

Hi my name is Ralph Lauren Polo. I'm a decendent of Marco Polo. Im going to travel the route of the Silk Road, and I want you to know where I traveled and why I went there.

Samarkand, August 20 , 1492

On my first stop we went to Samarkand. It was the city of merchants, and the finest in silk brocade. When we were there we brought a ton of silk. To this day I still I have plenty of silk. They are very silky. There before we had got jump we ate Sasma it was very good.

Chang'an, August 25 , 1492

Then after we left Samarklong , we went to Chang'an. It was awesome. It is located in the southern part of Guanzhory plain in Shaaxii province with Qinling. There we ate some Tofo. It was very good. There we traded a little bit of silk for horses. The reason why we traded silk for horses is because we got jumped by Samarkins. They took everything we had except for the silk we've got from them. So, we got the horses to ride on instead of running. The people there were very nice.

Kashgar, August 30 , 1492

On our third stop we went to Kashgar. We went there to see if the horses that we were on were good. We chose Kashgar because it has deserts and mountains. On our way out of there we stopped for some :wheat, maize, barley, and cotton. In my opinion the people there was kinda "ugh". They didn't kinda like me. The people there was mugging me everywhere I went.

Instanbul, October 5 , 1492

On our last stop we wanted to save the best for last. The best stop to me was Instanbul. My favorite was Instabul because it was in Rome. When we went to Rome we went to the Colosseum. When we went there we seen gladiators. It was really noisy, and everyone there was entertained. The government there thought if everyone there was occupied, the didn't have to worry about any problem. The most exciting thing there was when one gladiator chopped the other head of then he put it on his knife. I thought it was really cool, and fun.

Epilougue, October 18, 1492

Hey, today is my birthday. We made it home safely without any problems. I have to say traveling the Silk Road was fun. At first I thought it was going to be boring. Thank you for reading my journey. I hope you enjoyed goodbye.
